                                  FAQS

How much cord will I be provided?

      - We can only offer up to 50' of extension cord per inflatable rented. If you need more cord you will need to move the inflatable closer to a outlet on flat surface, rent our generator or pay $25 per every additional cord needed.

Can I use oil to make the slides slippery?

       - Baby oil is not permitted on any of our inflatables. You will be charged $200 if noted.

Can I put water on any inflatable?

       - There is a $100 fine for intentionally putting water in/on any dry inflatable. If you would like to use water we have inflatables made to withstand water.

What if weather is bad prior to the event?

       - We can't deliver any of the inflatables if there is a chance of a storm, rain or winds over 15mph. We will be in contact with you throughout this decision-making process to make the best and safest decision.

What do I do if weather gets bad during my event?

       - If weather gets bad during your event, please make sure all guests are off the inflatables, then turn off the blower and deflate the inflatable. When the rain and wind have passed, turn the blower back on. Once the inflatable is fully inflated, have an adult use a towel to dry off the jumping surface to make sure no one is injured on a slippery surface.

Please be aware that wind speeds in excess of 15mph are not considered safe for inflatable use. Please deflate if high winds occur.

        How long is the rental?

       - All of our rentals are for 1 business calendar day, approximately 10am - 6pm. We schedule delivery and pick up times for each event 2 days prior to the scheduled date. We will be as flexible as possible when scheduling these times to make delivery and pick up as convenient as possible for you.

        What am I responsible for?

       - There must be an adult, age 18 or older, at the time of delivery. As the renter, you are responsible for ensuring an adult is there to supervise individuals on the equipment any time it is inflated. Operating and safety instructions will be reviewed at the time of delivery. You are also responsible for the care of the equipment. Please review the rental agreement.

How many kids can be on an inflatable at one time?

-The number of kids who can play on an inflatable at one time depends on the size of the inflatable and the ages of the kids. The range can be anywhere from 3-10 children. Please see details listed with the inflatable of your choice for specifics.

Do I need to reserve the item I want to rent?
